Live rock is nothing more than the rubble from coral skeletons that flake off and build
up in piles at the base of the reef.  The "rocks" are colonized by thousands of inverts
that bore into the calcium carbonate and create micro environments.  These living
rocks are then harvested and shipped to aquarists who use them to build reef tanks.
It's recommended that you use at least 1.5lbs per gallons.   This tank has 50lbs of
Fiji base rock and 100lbs of Fiji premium rock for the viewable structure.
